This is a common problem. Vegetarians, or at least those who don’t eat meat, can sometimes end up eating the same crap as the meat-eaters. This is especially so if it has a lot of veggies. And I mean a lot. It is one of the reasons why vegetarians eat so little meat. And it is one of the reasons why gluten-free and vegetarian diets are so much healthier than diets that include meat.

I mean it’s a problem, but I feel like everyone is being hypocritical with their diet. If your diet consists of fast food, pizza, chicken nuggets, and a lot of cheese, then you might as well just eat the cheese. But if you also eat a lot of vegetables, you might as well also eat the vegetables. If you’re a vegetarian who also eats meat, then you might as well be a vegetarian, and not be a veggie.

The difference between a diet that includes meat and one that doesn’t is that when you are on a strict vegetarian diet, you are still eating meat, but not to the exclusion of other foods. This is called “gluten-free” or “gluten-free”. If you are a strict vegetarian, you will still eat meat, but you will avoid most other foods that are made with grains, such as rice, pasta, and bread.
