The first cookbook Berkshire has written is his first. It’s called “leo berkshire: the cookbook for the creative person in all you do.” The recipes range from simple to complex (and I mean that in the best way) and the recipes are so incredibly creative that I can’t even begin to count them, but I do know I would be a lot more productive if I only cooked one or two of them. And yes, it’s also extremely well-written.
Berkshire’s writing is so entertaining, and so full of style, he’s become a household name in the culinary world. His recipes are as fun to cook as they are to read, and they’re perfect for experimenting with new flavor combinations.
I love cooking with his recipes, esp the ones that involve eggs, so I definitely recommend trying them. I also love that he uses a lot of his own recipes, and it adds a lot of depth and authenticity to the recipes he uses. I think I would only be able to eat something like his chicken salad if I had someone to share it with.
For me, leo berkshire is best known for his chicken salad and chicken Parmesan. But his recipes are also very fun to try. The chicken salad is basically a mix of a mixture of chicken and cream cheese with a few herbs and spices thrown in. The chicken Parmesan is basically a huge bowl of melted cheese. You can add extra things like jalapeños, olives, or even tomatoes, and it can be so much fun.
The fact that leo berkshire has a huge reputation for his chicken salad is no accident. His wife, Daphne, is also a food aficionado and her recipes are a huge part of her business. I don’t know if you’ve ever tried his chicken salad, but it is some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s absolutely delicious.
I love chicken salad, and have had it for years, so I have to give it credit for its greatness. It is basically a huge serving of melted cheese that you add to a large bowl of chicken, or the like. I also love the flavor combination of the olive oil and lemon. I would also recommend serving with lots of fresh spinach and celery to really give it a full meal. The one thing I would be careful of is serving it with bread.
The only issue I would have with the actual salad is that you can only eat it once a day. That being said, I think that it is pretty good all on it’s own. I think its going to be a really nice addition to any salad bar (or your fridge!) and I’m sure once you try it you wont remember you had it last.
