Kim’s own fans are called ‘KIM KAIKO Network’ so that might be a slightly misleading title. A lot of the KAIKO fans are really active on social media and are definitely not ‘kim kahoko fans’.
I don’t think this is going to be a very popular opinion but I’ve seen enough of Kim’s fans on social media to know that it’s probably true. KAIKO is a term the fans use when they want to make a point about Kim Kardashian. It means that they want the Kardashian’s to be the bad guys in the story, it means that they want the Kardashian to be evil or stupid, or it means that they want them to be the good guys.
Kim Kardashian and KK were the most popular couple to watch on TV in the 2000s, so when Kim started dressing up like Kim Kardashian and calling herself “Kah” it was a no-brainer.
